Refund policy

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at "naturesbreeze17@gmail.com".  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return shipping instructions.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be send a gift card to spend at our store. Please remember it may take a few days to get sent to you, but we make sure it gets to you asap.
